Manny Ruiz is the founder and leader of RuizIncorp, an Asset Protection and Wealth Management agency in Escondido, California. Licensed in California, he has built his career helping families protect what matters most, grow their wealth, and secure lasting legacies.

A father of five, Manny leads with both expertise and a family-first perspective, working alongside his life and business partner, Jenny Rojo Ruiz, Executive Partner at RuizIncorp.

Manny is faith-based, politically Independent, and passionate about his city, state, and country. He believes true change starts at home and encourages parents to lead with love, integrity, and responsibility - building strong families that create strong communities.

He has served on many boards and committees, including as Treasurer for the Central Elementary PTA and with The City of Escondido community events. Manny also alternates coaching youth baseball and youth soccer. He has actively supported veterans through his work with the American Legion.

Manny’s mission is clear: to give families the tools, guidance, and confidence to move forward with peace of mind.
